Meet Our Team

My experience in early intervention has taught me that every child learns, communicates, and experiences the world differently. With my background in Cognitive Science, I’ve grown to appreciate the importance of understanding each child’s unique needs and perspective.

Over the past three years, I’ve learned that progress comes in many forms, from building confidence and finding new ways to communicate to taking small steps towards independence. What matters most to me is creating a supportive space where every child feels understood and has the opportunity to grow in their own way.

I’ve come to realise that every child experiences the world in their own unique way. Some express themselves through words, others through gestures, actions, or the little ways they connect with the people around them. I believe there is so much to discover when we take the time to understand each child beyond what we see on the surface.

Being part of their journey means celebrating their discoveries, cherishing their connections, and appreciating the many ways they learn and grow. To me, it’s never about doing things perfectly or following the same path, but about making sure every child feels accepted, understood, and free to be themselves.
