Ollies Early Intervention Preschool ("Ollies", "OEIP", "we", "us", or "our") operates this website at oeip.com.my. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to comply with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

By submitting a form on this website or messaging us via WhatsApp, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. This happens in three places on the site:

  • The Contact form — your name, email address, and (optionally) your phone number, your child's age, the programme you're interested in, and any details you write in the message field.
  • WhatsApp — if you tap "WhatsApp Us," your phone number and the content of your conversation with us are handled by WhatsApp, subject to its own privacy policy.
  • Site analytics — we use Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, general device/browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address. This does not include anything you type into a form.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and arrange a school visit, consultation, or assessment;
  • Understand which of our programmes may suit your child before you visit;
  • Keep an internal record of enquiries for our own follow-up and reporting; and
  • Understand, in aggregate, how visitors use this website so we can improve it.

We do not use your contact details for marketing you haven't asked for, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.

3. Children's personal data

Ollies serves children from 15 months to 12 years old, many with special needs. Any information about a child that appears on this website's forms — such as their age or a description of their needs in your message — is submitted voluntarily by a parent or legal guardian, not by the child. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children through this website.

This site uses cookies set by Google Tag Manager to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if you enrol, as part of your child's school record. If you don't proceed with enrolment, we retain enquiry data only long enough to be useful for admissions follow-up, after which it is deleted.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the personal data you share with us from unauthorised access, alteration, or loss. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights under the PDPA

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you or your child;
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated data; and
  • Withdraw consent for us to contact you, or ask us to delete your enquiry data.

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we start using a new service on the site. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
